Flight content specialist Paxport Group has acquired a minority stake in passenger data company PnrGo for an undisclosed amount.
The investment boosts Sweden-based Paxport’s offering and is a “key milestone” in its growth story, said a release.
Paxport will be able to leverage PnrGo’s network and data management and compliance tools through the acquisition.
