Founded in 2021, Superlogic is a technology company that helps brands drive engagement and loyalty by enabling them to offer experiences such as concerts, sporting events and more to their customers through its B2B2C marketplace.
The company works with brands in financial services, entertainment, retail and consumer products, including American Express, Mastercard, Anheuser-Busch and more. In a presentation as part of the Launch competition at The Phocuswright Conference in November in Phoenix, co-founder and CEO Lin Dai explained why travel brands should consider partnering with Superlogic to offer experiential rewards to their loyalty members.
"Travel has been a great category for points redemption," he said.
"Yet for major credit card companies, airlines and hotels there is on average about $3 to $18 billion of unspent points. We also know that 64% of travelers say they want VIP experiences and events, but curating these VIP experiences can be very expensive and complicated. This is where Superlogic comes in."
Dai said Superlogic negotiates and secures the rights and inventory on behalf of its partners and also handles all settlement, payment, support and fulfillment.
