Juniper Group has acquired connectivity and retailing specialist InteRES for an undisclosed amount.
The deal is the third in less than 12 months for Juniper, an operating group of Vela Software and Constellation Software. The company acquired flight management specialist Lleego in mid-2024 and more recently acquired Traveltek.

Germany-based InteRES will remain independent but cooperate with other Juniper Group brands including Peakwork, which was acquired by Juniper in 2023.
“InteRES’ talented and experienced employees bring in a unique skill set in the airline industry, while we are also excited about being able to offer its customers, partners, and employees exclusive access to our leading end-to-end travel software network globally from now on,” said Jaime Sastre, CEO of Juniper Group and founder of Juniper Travel Technology.
“Working very closely with the team at InteRES will make all mutual and new clients benefit from potential synergies and open new opportunities for both sides,” said Manuel Saballus, CEO of Peakwork. “We have known InteRES for a long time, and we are amazed that the experienced leadership and team will join the family of Juniper Group and Peakwork.”
“We are proud to have found Juniper Group to become our long-term partner who will allow us to significantly accelerate our future growth and ensure a forever home for our customers and employees,” said Volker Hermann, founder and CEO of InteRES. “Joining Peakwork and Juniper Group allows us to find synergies with other international travel tech companies, enhancing our capabilities and B2B distribution on a global scale.”
