Juniper Travel Technology - Launch pitch at The Phocuswright Conference 2024

Juniper Travel Technology works with travel and tourism companies to support their global expansion through its suite of distribution solutions.

Founded in 2003, the company has specialized divisions for tourism organizations, airlines, cruise companies, experiences, packaged travel, rental cars and hospitality. Since 2014, the company has been part of Constellation Software, as part of its Vela Software division.

In the 18 months, Juniper has made several acquisitions including Traveltek, Lleego and Vervotech.

In a presentation as part of the Launch competition at The Phocuswright Conference last month in Phoenix, Juniper Travel Technologies’ director of sales Mario Pineda presented the Juniper Booking Engine as a solution for global travel product distribution.

Pineda also highlighted three capabilities within the platform: JuliA, an artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistant; its Smart Booking Engine, which helps customers optimize the booking experience; and CMS by AI, which streamlines the creation of promotional and visual materials.
