Change is all
over the global travel community. Thus, change is the buzzword at ITB Berlin
2023. With the motto “Open for Change,” the world´s biggest travel show and
convention is finally back as an in-person event.
Did you know
that the Travel Technology track at ITB Berlin reflects the complete technology
value chain in full? The segment features four halls where providers present
global distribution systems (GDS), reservation systems, travel agency and
airline software, channel management solutions, content management solutions,
hotel technology, payment solutions, social media, web and data analytics
software, front / back office systems and much more.
Our theme is “Mastering
Transformation,” and that is the focus at the ITB eTravel Stage. It is the
think tank, discussion platform and exchange forum for technology-driven
innovation and digital transformation in the travel industry. How to accompany
progress with the latest technology? How to cope with structural changes due to
digitalization in the tourism industry? What are the lessons learned and
leading practices?

of what to expect from three days and four convention stages:
- Join Phocuswright's Investor View - the panel will be moderated by Charuta Fadnis, senior vice president of research and product strategy at Phocuswright on March 7 at 1:45pm CET.
- Be part of ITB Marketing and Distribution Day and join the ITB C-Level Interview with John Boris, senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Tripadvisor on March 8 at 12:45pm CET.
- Don’t miss Alice Ferrari, founder and CEO at Kyte, on March 9 at 11:30am CET with her session “Is It Too Late for Airlines to Catch Up with the Rest of the Retailing World?”
- The "Hospitality Tech Forum" is dedicated to how hoteliers can successfully master digital transformation and benefit from new technologies in exciting panels. One of the highlights will be the session "Metaverse and NFTs – How Do Hotels Enter the Web3 era?" on the eTravel Stage on March 7 at 4:30pm CET.
