Snowflake/Hightouch - Travel Innovator of the Year award winner at The Phocuswright Conference 2024

Founded in 2012, Snowflake is a cloud-based data storage company that works across a variety of verticals including travel and hospitality. In September the company launched its “AI Data Cloud for Travel and Hospitality” to address industry needs such as dynamic pricing and sustainability tracking, reputation management and performance advertising.

Hightouch is a startup that syncs data from any data warehouse into tools to support marketing, advertising, sales and customer success.

At The Phocuswright Conference, Snowflake’s global head of travel and hospitality, Whitnee Hawthorne, and Hightouch co-founder and co-CEO Tejas Manohar explained how the two companies are working together.

During the Launch competition, Hawthorne and Manohar shared how the combination of Snowflake’s AI data cloud and Hightouch’s AI decision-making is creating a new paradigm for marketing and helping brands like Accor turning everyday customers into loyal advocates.

The panel of judges selected Snowflake and Hightouch to receive the Travel Innovator of the Year award.
